Automating Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If you do not use Aetna or Cigna (where I am in-network), I can help you quickly determine if you are eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company through out-of-network (OON) benefits you may have. I always offer a brief complimentary "meet & greet" before moving forward with clients and can perform a real-time benefits check with you to determine the status of your OON deductible, amount your insurance company will reimburse per session, and your co-insurance amount. If eligible, the payment processor that I partner with, Thrizer, then automatically submits the claim electronically on your behalf and helps expedite reimbursement. A simple dashboard allows you to track the progress of your reimbursement at any time This service is free of charge to you.

Some clients choose to use Thrizer's paid service called Thrizer Pay as an additional resource because it would allow you to just pay your co-insurance amount at time of session while Thrizer waits for your reimbursement to come through.
